OUR REFERRAL PATHWAYS

If you are a professional working with a family you feel would benefit from support from The Grace Network’s businesses, learn more about our routes of support.

We have two routes for your clients depending on their circumstances. They can receive items free of charge or at subsidised rate. Referral criteria hasn't changed. If your client is facing financial difficulty or crisis and you think they need our help, we do too. You know them best and so we will follow your lead on what level of support they need.

TWO ROUTES FOR SUPPORT

1 | FREE OF CHARGE REFERRALS

If your client does not have the funds to pay a subsidised rate for their items they can have them free of charge. They can access free of charge items from Home Remedy and Kids Stuff as well as kitchen starter packs. A professional referrer just needs to fill the below form and your client will be entered into the free of charge process. We believe clients can often receive the best support by visiting one of our hubs, as they can then access all the services there too. So hub gift cards would be our preferred method of referral for this route, but we can deliver pre made bundles if needed.

2 | subsidised self REFERRAL

If your client can afford to pay a subsidised rate we have a self referral process. Either yourself or the client can fill in this form and if they are in receipt of any of the benefits below they can access our furniture at a subsidised rate. To access a furniture self referral they need to be in receipt of any of these benefits; Universal Credit, Employment and Support Allowance, Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credits. Our Kids Stuff shop has been priced at a level that is accessible to all, especially those on a low budget. If you believe your client needs more financial help do fill in a free of charge referral form and they will be given a gift card for the shop.
